Palazzetta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our award-winning olive oil is carefully made from a selection of five varieties of olives (Ascolano, Corregiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo) grown on our small family estate in Paciano, near lake Trasimeno in Umbria, central Italy.
We go to great lengths to obtain the highest quality oil from our olives, regardless of cost.
The olives are hand picked early in the season (picking later results in more oil but of a lesser quality) then quickly milled and the olive oil extracted at a temperature below 27 degrees in small batches. The oil is then stored and decanted in high quality airtight stainless steel containers.
